WebIndium sulphide thin films were prepared by SILAR method using indium chloride and sodium sulphide. The films were deposited onto glass substrate at ambient temperature. By XRD the films are characterized to be analysis in the β-In2 S3 thin films with In6 S7 secondary phase in sample 1 and sample 2. No secondary is detected in the sample 3. Web15.
