If a red result, apply First Aid a second time. Once a green First Aid result, reboot normally, and hope the iMac electronics did not get fried with a power surge. Finally, there is one thing you can try. Unplug the power cord from your computer at the back. Hold the power button for a long 10 count. Plug back in and see if it will start.
