With your other hand, pull back on your fingers to feel a gentle stretch in your forearm. Pause, then raise your palm toward your forearm, gently pulling the fingers back toward you. Alternate here, then switch sides. WebCarry on exercising as normal - but any exercise that seems to exacerbate the pain should be done at a lower intensity. I would suggest 50% deload. Getting the arms moving will help to ease the pain and return flexibility. DOMS happens to everyone who starts doing something fitness-related that they aren't used to.
