The rest of the board is fine and works as intended. The only things that don't work are the audio jack and the type C port.

Wipe the mud on the CPU fan, and different warmth sinks with a clear microfiber material. Reconnect the motherboard and the connectors on it. Board still works fine, just can't use the chassis 1 connector. Maybe their is a 3-pin fan connector you're not using? Looks like a different FET though....
